Kecia Carroll - Your Marketing DirectorAs the chief strategist and program director for KC ROBERG, Kecia Carroll develops and drives marketing and communications plans and programs for companies.

Often times she is called upon to serve as an outsourced marketing or communications director for businesses needing senior-level strategy or program management services. Her recent accomplishments include:

 

  • Developing branding and strategic partnerships to launch Mobile Citizen, a provider of 4G mobile broadband service for schools and nonprofits
  • Creating the PR strategy, as well as leading the executive media training efforts for bank CEOs, to launch Kasasa, a national brand of innovative community banking products offered by BancVue
  • Developing the branding and business development strategy and infrastructure for a growing private business bank
  • Developing the strategic positioning and driving key corporate communications initiatives for several startup biotech companies

Kecia also acted as a media consultant for global media at the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics. Before that, she was part of Ericsson’s global brand team based in Oslo, Norway, responsible for promoting its datacom and IP division to worldwide markets. In previous positions, Kecia helped many start-ups get off the ground with a solid marketing plan and launched many premium high-tech brands, including US WEST’s Advanced PCS wireless service and Comprehensive Software System’s Q Securities Software.

Now at the helm of her own thriving marketing consultancy, Kecia focuses her marketing, communications, strategic and programmatic expertise on supplying executive-level support to growing companies and organizations.
